Founder of LIFEMANTRA HOLISTIC WELLNESS, registered in UAE, I am passionate Yoga Instructor with a strong foundation built over 20 years of personal practice and 3 years of work experience in group fitness and wellness coaching along with the Yoga Protocol Instructor Course from ‘Yoga and Happiness Centre’ under Sisir Biswas sir’s expert supervision.Skilled in Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha yoga, I focus on personalized student engagement and breathing techniques and I am proficient in engaging diverse class groups, improving client fitness levels, and designing motivating and educational class experiences.With strong communication skills and energy healing (certified) expertise, I believe in holistic healing and mindfulness techniques to improve client well-being.Currently I am taking personal and group classes both online and at my place (Dubai).
